Most of us in life go through periods of doubt. Should I perhaps say all of us? Yeah, I think that is more accurate.


When you are trying to learn how to sell my house for sale by owner, the information and self-doubt can become overwhelming at times.


When I was the owner of my for sale by owner company, it used to frustrate me to no end.


I'd have a couple selling a house by owner that would be going through that self-doubt process and be ready to throw in the towel.


Some of them did. Not many, but some. They would list with a Realtor. Most, I'd be able to sit down with and convince them to keep going.


These people would thank me later. "Thanks for hanging in with us Doug. We were ready to give up." Yes, many of these properties sold a short time later and of course, for sale by owner.Why am I telling you this? Because when you are house selling by owner, you sometimes can feel lost and alone.

The difference between the people in Lethbridge, Alberta, that used my for sale by owner company and you, is when sellers got the blues, they could pick up the phone and I could help them through some of their issues.


You don't have that luxury. What you have as your advantage, is tons more information about selling a house by owner that those for sale by owners didn't have at their fingertips.
